Jersey Jigger Rods are the result of over 4 years of testing on the waters of NJ. We have designed a series of rods that can be used as "multi task rods". Our rods offer the ability to use the same rod for drifting fluke and jigging tuna! It took some time, but we have managed to offer our customers this exciting new rod series, with our famous LIFETIME WARRANTY! Several Charter Captains have already converted over to our rods because of the design and the ability to use less rods, keeping it simple for their customers. We have a full line of rod building supplies in stock and available to order. If its not in stock, it's never more than 2 days away! Rod blanks, reel seats, guides and rod wrappers are in stock, ready to purchase.
We stock thousands of rod blanks and tens of thousands of guides in the shop! With limited space out front, please ask us for additional products if you do not see them in our store. Rod Building Classes - Build Your Own Rod

We offer a different type of Rod Building Class! We limit our class to no more than 3-4 people. You will learn all of the fundamentals of rod building with hands on training. You build your very own rod, under the supervision of our instructors. You will walk out of our shop at the end of the class with a custom rod that you made yourself. The rod is valued at $150 and the class is FREE!!!

You can upgrade your class to a surf rod, offshore rod or another type of rod if desired. You will only be charged for the difference in the price from the original $150 value that we offer in our class.

Bay - River - Ocean - Inshore - Offshore

We are located right in the center of all the action. We are surrounded by the river and bay, while the ocean is just 2 miles down the road for surf fishermen. There are plenty of marinas close by and the canal is only a 10 minute ride from our shop. Charter Boats and Party Boats are within 10 -15 minutes too. Manasquan Inlet enjoys some of NJ's best fishing, with some of the best offshore fishing due east of our inlet.

HURRICANE SANDY UPDATE

Our area has finally started to make some progress and many of the local fishing spots are opening as each week passes. The storm did a number on our local residents and the local shops. The waterways are being cleared and debris is being removed, so we hope to see safe waters by April. There is no question that effects of Sandy will be felt for many years to come, but our community became closer than ever after Sandy and we will get back to normal soon! Thank you to all who helped in the efforts to help those in need. Without you guys, many people would not be where they are today.
As the access opens, we will keep you updated and informed to where you can fish from land. The Bridge is already cleared and some of the locals have been passing time down there. The beaches are still off limits to fishing, but we hope to see them opened up soon.
